Ellysa is the Project Support Officer for MYAN, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her true passion lies in advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights, especially for those in marginalised communities. As a queer Asian person, her lived experience has taught her many life lessons that she is excited to impart. She’s mentored many young people over the years, helping them navigate employment readiness and identity-related challenges. With a background in IT, Ellysa brings tech-savvy expertise to the table, offering valuable insights and feedback on campaigns and projects.
Ellysa is also currently working on bridging the gap between finance professionals and sustainable finance by creating a resourceful library, making it easier for them to use finance as a force for good in environmental and social causes. Ellysa was born in Singapore and have completed a Bachelor in Information and Communication Technology, majoring in Systems Analysis at Swinburne University of Technology in 2023.
