This submission will respond to the discussion paper on the 2016-2017 Australia’s Humanitarian Programme broadly, with three specific areas: International Protection Challenges and Needs, Australia’s Resettlement Program, and Settlement Services. This has also been informed by a national teleconference convened by the MYAN to coordinate sector contributions and looks into particular vulnerabilities young people face in their search for protection.
