FUSE 2023

MYAN’s bi-annual youth leadership event FUSE 2023 was held in conjunction with our National Multicultural Youth Conference which brought together a wide range of MYAN stakeholders including young people from across Australia, MYAN’s youth advisory bodies and state and territory partners, and experts from the youth, migration and settlement sectors as well as members of parliament.

FUSE 2023 was held in Canberra for the first time, on the 26th – 28th November 2023. The purpose of FUSE 2023 was to provide a platform for aspiring young leaders to engage directly with policymakers and decision-makers, to present innovative ideas aimed at resolving critical challenges affecting young people from refugee and migrant backgrounds in Australia.
